The Cilento Secret

Departing from Naples, 14 guests per tour only

May 15-22, 2022

July 3-10, 2022

October 9-16, 2022

Medieval villages, long sandy beaches, Greek temples, and Italy’s best mozzarella di bufala. Cilento has a front row seat to the Amalfi Coast, but life here is more serene. The Cilento National Park protects it from the mass tourism that has overwhelmed many of Italy’s more well-known destinations.

Cilento is home to one of world’s largest populations of centenarians. Since the Mediterranean Diet was first studied here in the 1950s, scientists continue to prove that Cilento possesses the secret to not just longevity, but happiness.

“The Cilento Secret” is a one week tour that reveals the 5 keys to longevity and happiness: Good food, deep rest, long walks, being part of a community, and a sense of awe and wonder.

Each day unfolds the story of Cilento and the undiscovered luxury that feels like Italy of another era.

As someone who doesn’t like to go on “small group travel” this is a trip that redefines that term and will blow even the most seasoned traveler away.
